Why Your Subconscious Mind Dictates Your Life

Today I was minding my own business, doing a good deed for the city of Wilkes Barre, PA and getting my service learning project started.

I went to a place where people with socializing problems went to kind of hang out and look at books, and I was in charge of putting the books in order and talking with the people who came in to see if they needed any help.

As I was talking to a kid I met from another local college, I looked out the window and noticed that my car wasn’t in sight. Uh-oh!

So after a minute I went out and checked and sure enough, my car is gone. So I thought to myself “what could have happened to it” It either could have been stolen or towed.

After figuring out where it got towed, and fast-forwarding to later in the day, I realized that it was my fault it was towed. And no, I don’t mean because I parked in the wrong spot.

Why was it my fault that it was towed? Because somewhere in my mind, probably subconsciously, I have a belief that I will never have enough money. I will never get ahead, I’m never able to enjoy financial abundance.

Now before I go on, I want you to know that CONSCIOUSLY I believe I deserve all those things and that I’ll have them someday. However, I realized today that subconsciously, that’s a completely different manner.

What I noticed driving home today was that, for some reason or another, I can never get ahead. Even though I already have my bills paid for the month of April and it’s only the 2nd, I can predict right now that I’ll have a bad next few weeks at work and that “unexpected” things are going to happen – causing me to need more money than I thought I would.

An example of that is today. I had to pay an extra $115 to pick up my car.

I noticed this today because I was living consciously. I finally became completely aware that every single month I pay my bills in advance, this exact same thing happens. One month my car breaks and needs to be fixed, the next time something that I “need” will stop working, and the next month I’ll somehow “need” something I never even thought of before.

So what does this show?

It shows that somewhere in my mind, I don’t believe that I can be wealthy. Although I say affirmations to myself everyday, I’m still not quite there yet. I actually just ordered my second level of мебелиHolosync, which has subliminals I listen to every night now as I sleep (actually I’m listening to it right now – it’s so soothing!), but as of right now I guess my mind won’t accept that I want to be wealthy.

I’m learning to be OK with this and just let it happen. After all, what else can I do? I can cry and moan about it all I want, but that’ll just make it worse. I have to just let it happen and in time, my mind will come to realize that I’m not going to accept being mediocre and will just let me have what I want.

Anyway, I wanted to write this post to help you look at your own life. Does this same situation happen to you? If so, you’re going to need to look at the structure of your internal map of reality. While you may think on the outside that you deserver great things, want to be wealthy, happy, healthy, etc. – what does your subconscious believe?

This is what I’m trying to figure out how to change. It’s definitely not an easy process, but I’ll make it work. I’m doing better than I used to so I’m making “some” progress – but not as much as I’d hoped!

I know that коли под наемHolosync is going to make a huge difference – especially now that I have these new subliminal CD’s to listen to which talk to my subconscious and tell it all the affirming thoughts I want it to hear.

Whether you’re having trouble in your health life, spiritual life, wealth, mental, emotional, etc. – look to your subconscious thoughts for your troubles. Listen to your thoughts and figure out if they’re congruent with your goals. If not, start working on changing them.

I suggest starting with Holosync, but you may have you own way of doing things. If so, that’s great. I just want you to make your life better. After all, that’s why I write this blog!

Whatever your plan is, stick to it. It’s hard sticking to it in the face of failure, but it must be done. So do it, and do it well.

Jeremy

PS – My car got towed today and I didn’t feel one OUNCE of being mad in my body. Before I started Holosync I would have been pretty TO’d. Check out www.centerpointe.com???????? ????? ???????? and see how you can feel the same way when stress arises.

What’s On Your Blame List?

As I live my life each day, I’m constantly trying to live it in a more objective way. I’m trying to place my mind outside my body and see life from a different perspective.

Weird as it sounds, it’s a pretty cool concept.

One thing that I’ve noticed is that almost every single person around me has absolutely no idea what’s REALLY going on around them.

For example, they think that they have “bad luck”. They think they’re fat because of “bad genes”. They have a blame list that, if you wrote down on paper, would probably cover an entire notebook.

Well guess what. The only reason you can be fat, have bad luck, be poor, etc. is because of you. Nobody else runs your life. You are creating the circumstances in your life, not some other outside force.

And yes, I realize that there are exceptions. Someone close to me has to go through a lot in her life because she suffers from epilepsy, which she’s had since childhood. That’s an exception.

Anyway, the other day my girlfriend and I were hiking at a nearby mountain. I couldn’t help but notice (and even mentioned it to my girlfriend) that almost every single person we passed was much happier and more energetic than if we saw some random person on the street.

Why do you think this is?

It’s because all these people are making it a point to do something they love. They’re taking some time to get out into nature and enjoy life. I’m sure a lot of the people we passed were as busy as anybody else in the world, they just made it a point to stop making excuses.

By the way, most of them were also in better shape than a random person on the street.

I’d be willing to bet that if I took 5 random hikers, and 5 random people off the street, the hikers would:

  1. Watch less TV
  2. Eat healthier
  3. Exercise more
  4. Have more money
  5. Work less
  6. Have happier families
  7. Be happier

Also, I bet their blame list is MUCH smaller than those of an average person.

Maybe I’m wrong, maybe I’m right, but I have a feeling you’d agree with me.

Take some time today and honestly sit down and write out your blame list. Then take an objective look at it and see if it really has any truth to it.

A better life will only come when you realize that in order to have the life you want, you need to take control of it. Don’t let anything else get in the way of what you really want.

Throw out the blame list and take control of your life.

Being Weird Is a Good Thing

Since I began my journey of obtaining the perfect life, I’ve noticed a strong trend that keeps getting more noticeable as time goes on.

What I’ve noticed is this: The more successful I become in terms of wealth, health, and happiness, the more strange people think I’m becoming.

For example, instead of “living to eat” like most people do, I “eat to live”. The difference between these is that I eat what is going to make me the leanest out of all the choices I have at that time. If this means eating a piece of chicken and some green beans at 10 a.m., then that’s what I’m going to eat.

I don’t get caught up in the illusion of “social norms”. Why follow what the majority of the people are doing when the majority of people are fat, unhappy, and poor?!

Some people think I’m weird because I invest my extra money instead of buying more clothes or going on more vacations. The funny thing is, I think THEY are weird because I can’t quite comprehend why someone would spend money they didn’t need to spend instead of investing it and securing their financial future.

By adhering to social norms, you are subjecting yourself to living the life that everyone else is living. Remember that it’s the little decisions made frequently that determine the outcome of our lives.

If you decide to eat a cheeseburger instead of a piece of chicken, that’s probably an extra 400 calories. If you do something similar for each meal each day (assuming you still only eat 3 meals a day) that’s an extra pound of fat on your body every 3 days.

Over the course of a few decades, that adds up to you being 40-50-60 pounds overweight. Being overweight causes you to feel lousy, die a lot sooner than you should, and enjoy your life much less.

Unfortunately, doing what I’ve just mentioned is now the social norm. If you opt not to go out to eat because you’re eating healthy, people will literally laugh at you (trust me).

Sometimes you must learn to develop a think skin if you’re going to do something outside the norm. People feed off those who are different, even if the people who are different are the ones living the lives everyone should be living.

The scary part of these social norms is that they’re getting much worse. I served a lady the other night who was an easy 15-20 pounds overweight, and I overheard her saying that all her friends tell her she’s too skinny.

What!?!?!

It’s amazing that telling somebody they’re too skinny is socially acceptable, but how often do you hear people telling others they’re too fat? Making fun of a fat person is considered mean, even though you may have the intention of making them aware of the fact that they have dozens of health risks by virtue of being overweight.

As a side note, being 10 or 15 pounds underweight is MUCH more healthy for you than being 10-15 pounds overweight.

Make it a point to start doing everything a little backwards. Start being more unorthodox in everything you do. Why do only about 5% of stock traders make most of the money? They don’t follow the crowd – they follow the charts.

If you can teach yourself to spot out social norms and resolve to do the exact opposite, you will move ahead much quicker in life. The difference between an amateur and a master is that amateurs copy other amateurs, while the master copies from other masters.

Be the master of your own life.
