This One CD Completely Changed My Life..

Have you ever done or seen something that was simply utterly amazing?

Maybe the first time you saw your newborn baby, or the first time you saw the most beautiful sunset coming down over the beach?

Before I get onto that more, let me tell you a story: All of my life I’ve been a pretty happy person. I really don’t get mad that much and I try not to take things for granted. I was always the one who “never got stressed”. However, about a year ago I realized that I was really only like that was because I didn’t express my stress in an outwardly fashion. What I mean is that I held my stress internally. This is why I constantly had joint problems, sore muscles for no reason, and things of that nature. In my freshmen year of college I started getting into personal development and therefore started meditating, since a very large part of personal development can be done through meditation.

There’s literally no other form of personal development that’s so powerful. I had a little success with that, but it was nothing amazing. My self-esteem boosted a bit and I felt more energetic but it was nothing profound. But then I came across a product called Holosync. This product claim to be able to give you “Zen-meditation at the touch of a button”. You see, usually it takes 15-20+ years to be able to get into very deep meditative states when doing traditional meditation. It even claimed to be able to give you even DEEPER levels of meditation, with no experience necessary! Now of course I was skeptical, but something inside me told me to dig a little deeper. So I did..and I ended up getting a free trial of this amazing technology and instantly fell in love with it. Just from the introduction CD I could tell that this stuff was for real, so I decided to get it.

The Best Decision Of My Life

Fast forward a little bit and I finally decided to just go ahead and take a little risk (it has a 100% money back guarantee, by the way). Now for me the price was high - it’s around $160 for “Awakening Prologue” which is the first level. However, I did the monthly payment plan which worked out great and as you’ll see, that $160, even though it stretched my wallet, was WELL worth it.

Getting It In The Mail & Testing It Out

A few days after I purchased Holosync, it arrived in the mail. One thing that I immediately noticed was how professional everything was. It even came in a manilla folder that explained everything to expect, everything that you should do, background of the company and the technology, etc. They even continued to impress me as the weeks went by, but I won’t spoil that on you. When you get it you’ll see what I mean :)

Now, as for the improvements - I started seeing them within about 1-2 weeks, and I’m a person who is constantly trying to better themselves! Some of the improvements I immediately noticed were things such as: handling stress WAY better, having more focus, being much happier for the majority of the time I’m awake (and I have always been a very happy person), feeling more love for people, things, events, etc., having deeper compassion for others, not getting mad over things I used to take offense to and get mad over, improved mental clarity, and a bunch of other things that would take up much to long of a page. And that was only after a few weeks!

Since then I’ve made even more progress and I now feel blissful quite frequently. I’ll be simply driving down to see my girlfriend for example, and an extreme feeling of bliss and peace comes over me out of nowhere. I also notice how beautiful things are much more often. I can look at the river I drive by and see the “sparkle” of the water as the sun glistens off it. I can see the variation of color in the mountains and notice birds flying over them.

That kind of stuff I never really used to notice, except for maybe once in awhile. All in all, even though Holosync is a bit more expensive than a book or CD or something else you would use for personal development, it is WELL worth it. If you don’t at least take a look at their page and see more about what the technology actually does to your brain, the testimonials, and sign up for a free trial (they don’t even bill you after a month or anything - it’s 100% free), you simply don’t care much about your personal development. I didn’t really get into WHAT Holosync does because their website describes it in much better detail than I ever could.

So go check it out and let me know what you think - I can help you with whatever questions you might have.

Have an incredible week!

PS - Holosync is a huge part of my life now and I will be talking about it in more detail as I get further into the program, so stay tuned!

I May Have Found The Best Thing Yet…

I’ve been into personal development for quite some time now and have made a pretty good amount of progress. One thing I used to do awhile ago was meditating. When I first started meditating I thought it was kind of stupid to be honest with you, but I’d always heard about the benefits of it so I tried it. After a few weeks I noticed that I started being more social around people - something I’d always have a problem with. You see, I’m one of those people who will be shy around people he doesn’t know (probably because of some subconscious insecurity with myself) but I’m a bit of a wacko when you get to know me :)

Anyway, for some reason I stopped, and I just started again recently. However, this time I’m doing it with something MUCH more powerful. It’s called “Holosync” and even though I’ve only been using it for a week, I’m seeing some tremendous results. I’ve also experienced some pretty wacky things.

What Holosync does is guide your brain from a Beta brainwave (that’s what it normally is) to Alpha (deep relaxation) to Theta (here you experience access to the subconscious and is a highly creative state) and Delta - which is the deepest brainwave level. I’ll go into more detail on these when I have more experience with this new program I got. Anyway, I’m already experiencing some pretty cool things.

For one, I was waiting on a table last week and the people were very rude/ignorant/stuck-up - there are many words I could describe them with. At first I got mad because I hate waiting on people like that, but I made my mind quickly focused on something different. Instead of hating the table, I started feeling bad for them because they have to live their lives like that. I couldn’t imagine living life being in a bad mood and complaining about everything in front of me.

Another thing I’ve experienced which is pretty cool is that I honestly think I’ve experienced sleeping while still conscious - which is possible but hard to do supposedly. It was kind of like I was having a dream while simultaneously being aware that I was meditating. It was very weird but I liked it :)

Anyway, this is turning out to be a very amazing program and I’m excited to have started it. I’ll write again in a few weeks with my progress. Until then, have an amazing Christmas! (or whatever holiday you’re celebrating)

PS - You can actually get a free “demo” of Holosync by going to their website. I don’t even think you have to pay shipping, although I ordered the demo disk a few years ago so I don’t quite remember. Go to www.centerpointe.com and grab your free demo - believe me you’re going to LOVE it.

Eat That Frog!

When you first start doing work for the day, whether it be at a job or at your own home, what do you tend to accomplish first?

Looking back on the past week or so, do you notice that you tend to accomplish the “easier” things first, just to get them out of the way?

If so, you should try doing the exact opposite of that.

This is a concept I first heard from Brian Tracy, one of the leading personal development moguls of this day. I’ve been listening to him for years now and what he speaks is pure gold.

Imagine having to eat a live frog each morning as the first thing you did for that day. Unless you like eating live frogs, I’m guessing it wouldn’t be a very pleasant time for you. But what happens AFTER you’re done?

You would realize that you’ve just accomplished probably the hardest thing that your going to come across for the entire day. The most unpleasant, most unsatisfying thing you have to do in an entire day has already been completed.

NOW how would you feel, knowing that every single other thing you would do today would be much easier than what you already accomplished?

Believe me, you would feel much better. You can now look at the day from a new angle, a new perspective, with a more positive outlook. The rest of your activities would seem trivial as compared to what you’ve already accomplished, and therefore you would not only get more done because you realized it’s not as hard as you think, but you’d also enjoy it more!

Now, obviously you probably don’t have to do anything like a eat a frog each morning, but this can work with any part of your life. If you hate working out, make that the first thing you do in the morning. Then it’s done! If you don’t like writing but have to do some for work, do it first thing and get it over with.

The best part about this is the fact that in most cases the thing you want to do the least is the thing that needs to be done the most. If there’s nothing that you don’t enjoy doing, just switch it around a bit and do the thing that is the most urgent.

This will push your personal productivity through the roof. Your co-workers will begin to think of you as the person who “always has everything done early” and your bosses will take notice - which is always a great thing.

The next time you need to get a project done, do it early. Work on it first thing each morning until it’s done. If you can do it all in one sitting, that’s even better! Not only will your personal productivity get better, but you have a better chance of getting a raise and advancing in your career as well.

Now get to work on that project that’s staring you in the face!

PS - By the way, Brian over at www.geniustypes.com (his link is also under my blogroll) is giving away a Free Day Planner and Time Management System. I just won a book from him last week so maybe this’ll be my lucky week again!
