Help Me Get The Word Out!

In my last post I told you about my e-book, “How To Stay Fit Throughout The Holidays And Still Eat The Foods You Love!” If you haven’t read it yet, I highly recommend that you do. It’s hard enough trying to MAINTAIN weight during the holidays, let alone lose it.

With my book you’ll have the knowledge to be able to actually lose weight during the holidays. All you have to do it take the action. Anyway, I’m trying to get the word out because I feel it’s very important that people understand very simple things they can do to lose weight.

So I placed my article here - Free Press Release. This is a great resource since it’s a press release and will therefore hopefully give me more credibility. I’ve already gotten over 100 views and with your help, I hope to get more. This is what I’m asking you to do.

Go to Free Press Release.com and add my press release to the social bookmarks so I can get more visibility. That’s it! Also, take a look around the website as well. This was only my first time using their website but if you want to get your name out there, this is the way to do it. It’s free (but you can pay for better exposure), has great credibility, and great for your reputation! Also make sure you go to the website and download the e-book. It’s getting rave reviews by everyone who’s read it!
